Granny Sweetpea is coming!
So in about a half hour we are headed off to the airport to pick up Ethan's grandma! They are going to meet for the first time and Little Ethan is wearing one of his cutest outfits! We are excited because we are planning on hanging out a bunch! We might be going to the zoo and maybe headed off to the mall one day, but this time we are planning on just doing a lot of hanging out at home with little Ethan.
Anywho that's the skinny for now. I need to go and clean out the inside of the car.
Laters.

My account is working again!
Whew!
I was having some serious problems with my account. I pay for extra storage with Google and my posts with pictures were not going up on the page because my storage account got locked when my credit card passed the renew date. I finally got it figured out and I'm not able to post again!
Anywho, here are a few of the pictures that I was planning on uploading:

Holy Crap, I'm a father….
So I just woke up from the scariest most weirdest nightmare I've ever had… and it jolted me into the realization that I'm now a daddy! I had this dream that I was back in high school. It was the first day and the school was totally different and new. I lost my class schedule only 5 minutes before I was supposed to be at a very important class. On my way out the door, to go to my car find my schedule, I passed one of my good friends from high school (Jeff Sank). When I walked by him he asked me if I wanted him to watch the baby for me. In my haste to get out to my car and get my schedule I didn't think about what he said… until I was half way out to the car. It was then that it hit me… where is my baby, where is Ethan at? Good lord I thought… I'm so confused why am I in high school and where is my child! I turned back around and ran inside to re-trace my steps and find my son but I didn't know where to start. I was also very concerned about finding where I was supposed to be for class. I ran into one of the ladies that prints the schedules but she told me she couldn't print it with out an ID… but I couldn't find my ID either. I decided I needed to run back to my car as perhaps I left both the baby and my schedule back at my car. On my way I ran into a couple of the guys from the football team and told them that I would see them in practice that night. I also ran past a class and saw Jeff again. He was waiting in line to get into class (apparently it was very full :) ). He told me that I was in this class with him and I asked him to save me a spot while I ran out to my car to "grab something". On my way out to the car I really started breaking down… dear god I was a terrible father, I lost my child and didn't even realize it! Then it hit me that I had to call Leann and tell her what I had done, and the dread really hit me. I started to cry as I desperately tried to find my car. I was so confused though…. I didn't know where I parked and I didn't even really know what kind of car I drove!
Then, as dreams do, there was some sort of weird transition and I was back in the building and Leann was there. We retraced my steps (with her help of course) and as it turns out they were filming Bob Barker on the price is right at my school (what are the chances!). Now in actuality I have never watched this show in earnest. I know what the show is about, and I've seen bits and pieces of it… but I've never sat down to watch a whole show… so I'm not sure if this next part is accurate. Apparently in this version of the price is right you play as partners. The partners can be of any age as long as the average age between them is greater than 15. Realizing this, I apparently put him on the show (one can only assume as a baby sitter) and partnered him up with an elderly lady (so as not to break the rules I'm sure) and she was to act as his baby sitter. What a great plan I had come up with! Except I forgot where I put little Ethan, and after the show they put him in a box like a little doll and put him in a drawer for whenever I showed up to pick him up… and I was deemed a failure as a parent! Luckily, my gum-shoe wife was able to help me figure all this out and we got little Ethan back safe and sound.
I woke up from this dream completely disoriented. I had laid down with Leann for a nap at around 3pm… but when I woke up it was just starting to get dark… Neither Ethan nor Leann were in the room and I was having trouble remembering what day it was and whether it was morning or night. Wow… this little boy really wares me out!
Anywho, until next time!

It's Tummy Time
for his 1 month check up. The doctor suggested tummy time 3 times a
day for 15 minutes. That's a lot more than he has been getting.

Last weekend we were invaded!!!
Tiffany's friends and we had more than 30 people here at the house if
you count us and the kids!
Additionally Danon's niece Aubrey was here for a sleep over... and
Aynsley and Nicholas were here to play so the kids out numbered the
adults! I showed the battaglia kids (Ayns' & Nick) photos on my
iPhone, which they loved and fought over, and we snapped a few shots
too. It was a great weekend!

Being a new father myself....
I really liked this article.
Copied and pasted from the Ririan Project... You can read the entire article here.
"Anyone can be a father, but it takes a real man to be a daddy."A great father makes all the difference in a kid’s life. He’s a pillar of strength, support and discipline. His work is never-ending and, oftentimes, thankless. But in the end, it shows in the sound, well-grounded children he raises.

It’s an unfortunate fact of life that parenthood comes with no instructions. It can be difficult to balance everything in life, especially since every father-child relationship has its own individual challenges. Although there are no clear-cut methods to successful parenthood, there are some habits you can develop as a father to ensure that you are prioritizing the right things, and to guarantee that your family sees you as a real hero.

Zeus is AWESOME!!!!!
So I'm just coming back to bed after I was startled awake by Zeus' booming bark from outside our room (recently he's been sneaking out and onto the couch in the middle of the night... We don’t let our
dogs up on the couch). I jumped up and ran out to the front door where Zeus was barking to find we had left the shades drawn
completely... we usually pull them up six inches so the dogs can see anything that is going on outside. Crap I think... Then I notice a teenage girl walking west down the street and I thought that Zeus just heard her on her cell phone walking outside or something. I was about to close the shades when the girl starts sprinting the opposite direction from what she was just walking and I notice that there is a teenage boy sprinting after her. Well being the hero that I am (that's for you mom wink, wink) I quickly open the door to give chase
and help the girl. By the time I get outside I see that there are now 2 other teens (for a total of 4... For those of you keeping score at home) that are also sprinting.... To a crappy old ted Honda sitting on the curb. At this point all 4 teens pile in and the car takes off with these four giggling teens in it. That left me wishing I had put on my glasses as I left our room... As well as wondering what kind of damage they did across the street. I walk out to our driveway and
look around and am about to come in when I'm startled by a raspy woman's voice coming from be house kitty corner to us (they have 10 kids) proclaiming "dumb asses" and then slamming the door. At this point in time I walk back I side, lock the door , pat Zeus and rajah on the head, and head for bed. Just as I'm about to close my bedroom door I hear Zeus hop (very nonchalantly I might add) up onto the couch... I figure he has earned his keep and he knows it... So I grin and close my door ad crawl into bed.
