Back on track?

Breakfast was 3 hardboiled eggs, cheese and scrambled eggs, some
yogurt, a bite of wholewheat toast, and a glass of milk... And a glass
of oj.... Probably too much for one meal but we haven't had the chance
to stop and break for an inbetqeen meal. This training has been
intense! Lunch is pictured below:
