Ethan went to the doctor this week and found out he has ring worm on
the back of his head. We don't know where it came from, but it is
only contageous by skin to skin contact. I am happy to report that
none of us have it. We have been touching and wondering about it for
the last week or two. Hopefully it will go away in the next couple of
weeks. He is not contageous if he is wearing a hat, so we had to dig
through the drawers to find some. He doesn't seem to mind wearing it.

Poor little guy. Did the Dr. call it: Tinea capitis? I believe that's the same thing as saying ringworm, but it just describes a skin fungal growth being on the head. Ringworms make it sound like actual worms, which it's not. You may want to check your dogs. Humans can get them from dogs. But you'd notice probably because the skin irritation would look similar to Ethan's. Hope that helps. Other than that it's just that he may have been hot and sweaty, that stuff thrives off of heat and folds in skin or dead skin. (not that he has dead skin on the back of his head) Hope he clears up soon... You can call him a jock now. :) Cute little man.
